Brief: Help regain customer support within Ryanair.

 

Idea: With Ryanair being one of the most criticised airlines, I decided to channel such issues into possitive and humourous solutions. Using the tag line 'we're cheap but we're not that cheap' highlights the companys ackowlegments of customer demands whilst using them to an advantage. 

 

Outcome: Series of prints to illustrate various customer complaints matched with a light-hearted response, paired with Digital screens to create complaints to the airline with comical solutions.
