I Wish I'd Invented The X-Ray

I'm a massive biology fan.

Anything human or animal related and I'm sold.

So to me, the x-ray is just really cool.

Plus, it was invented by mistake (Wilhelm Röntgen 1895)!

Which indirectly reassures me that mistakes can sometimes lead to good things.

And obviously I love it because they transformed the medical landscape.

Not only through the ability to create accurate diagnosis, but also through the way that the negatives of the product have been transformed into providing treatment for serious illness.

I mean who wouldn't have wanted to invent a way to look inside the body without having to cut it open?
